1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the JriGPT Intelligence Mesh. By executing the initialization sequence, registering a node (account), or otherwise accessing the JriGPT platform, API, or associated decentralized applications (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions contained herein, you must immediately disconnect and cease all use of the platform.

2. Nature of Services & Autonomous Agents

JriGPT provides access to advanced, semi-autonomous artificial intelligence systems acting within a collective mesh topology. You acknowledge and agree that:

• The AI agents process requests using probabilistic language models, which means outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific use case.
• JriGPT deploys autonomous neural agents capable of chaining commands. We hold no liability for cascading outcomes, logical loops, or unforeseen network actions resulting from unconstrained agentic reasoning in complex environments.
• The generated outputs ("Intelligence") are provided for informational and structural purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and testing any code or architectural advice provided by the agents before deployment into production systems.

3. Node Conduct & Usage Obligations

As an operator within the mesh, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to interface with the Services. You expressly agree not to:

• Utilize the platform to generate malicious code, malware, or systems designed to compromise third-party infrastructure.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying model weights, system prompts, or orbital security protocols of JriGPT.
• Exceed API rate limits, deploy automated scraping scripts against the user interface, or intentionally trigger denial-of-service states on the mesh.
• Use the agents to bypass or violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or terms of service of any third-party platforms.

4. Data Privacy & Zero-Trust Architecture

JriGPT operates on a privacy-first, high-dimensional vector space architecture. While we employ military-grade encryption and zero-trust methodologies, you understand that standard interaction telemetry is utilized to improve mesh resilience. Transmission of Level-4 classified data, personally identifiable information (PII), or protected health information (PHI) is strictly prohibited outside of the isolated Corporate Vault Protocol (RAG). By uploading documents to the vault, you warrant that you possess the legal authority to process such documents through our infrastructure.

5. Liquidity & On-Chain Settlements

Certain premium endpoints and sovereign agent tasks may require interaction with blockchain networks (including, but not limited to, the Solana Mainnet). Regarding these interactions:

• All on-chain executions, token transfers, and smart contract settlements are irreversible, atomic, and final.
• You are solely responsible for securing your private keys and verifying destination addresses. JriGPT assumes no liability for lost funds, cryptographic slippage, state-channel network fees, or smart contract vulnerabilities.
• The platform does not act as a financial advisor or custodian. All economic transactions executed by your assigned agents are performed strictly under your authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any original prompts, documents, or architectures you input into the system. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, JriGPT assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in the outputs generated specifically for you by the AI models. However, JriGPT retains all rights to the underlying software, model architecture, UI design, and platform branding.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JRIGPT SYSTEMS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY OR AUTONOMOUS AGENT ON THE SERVICES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

8. Node Termination & Network Bans

We retain absolute and sole authority to suspend, sever your node access, or purge your localized memory vector immediately, without prior notice, if a breach of these Terms or orbital security protocols is detected. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.
